Receipt of Goods
All items are carefully packaged for shipping, so upon receipt, closely inspect the package. If it's damaged, don't accept it. UPS will return the shipment to us at no cost to you, and we'll ship a new product. Otherwise, the above return policy becomes effective after you've taken receipt of items.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel any unshipped items without penalty.

FansEdge only sells products that are officially licensed by the sports properties, colleges and player’s associations.

Policies for Individuals Under 18 Years of Age
No information should be submitted to or posted on the FansEdge site by guests under 18 years of age without the consent of their parent or guardian. No information collected from guests under 18 years of age is used for any marketing or promotional purposes whatsoever, either inside or outside FansEdge, except as explicitly stated during registration for contests or promotions. Registration/Subscription
As part of the registration process, you will select a password and a subscriber ID. You also have to give us certain registration information, all of which must be accurate and updated.

a. You may not (i) select or use a subscriber ID of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; (ii) use a subscriber ID in which another person has rights without such person's authorization; or (iii) use a subscriber ID that FansEdge, in its sole discretion, deems offensive. Failure to comply with the foregoing shall constitute a breach of this Agreement, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

b. You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, which you will not have to reveal to any representative or agent of FansEdge.

c. You shall notify FansEdge at Service@FansEdge.com of any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of your account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your password or credit card information.

d. You may share your password and subscriber ID with others, but you are responsible for all usage or activity on your FansEdge.com account, including use of the account by any third party authorized by you to use your subscriber ID and password. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your account, at FansEdge's sole discretion, and FansEdge may refer you to appropriate law enforcement agencies.

Images and Software Available on this Site
Any software that is made available to download from this Site, including any files or images incorporated in or generated by the software, and data accompanying the software (collectively, the "Software"), is the copyrighted work of the indicated author of the Software ("Author"). Use of the Software is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement, if any, which accompanies or is included with the Software ("License Agreement"). Product Pricing and Order Fulfillment
Due to the large number of products we carry, occasionally errors occur in the pricing of our products. We do our best to prevent such instances, but in the event that this should occur we reserve the right to contact the customer prior to the item shipping and inform them of the price discrepancy. At this time the customer may decide whether they wish to pay the correct price or cancel their order. We reserve the right not to fill an order at any time for any reason.
