After receiving your request, a
FansEdge
customer service representative will contact the appropriate warehouse and attempt
to cancel your order. If the warehouse notifies customer service that your order
has already shipped or is in the process of being shipped (e.g. is being picked
and packed), the cancellation request will be unsuccessful. If a cancellation request
could not be honored, the shipped item can still be returned, if desired. If this
is the case, a
FansEdge
representative will notify you that the order could not be cancelled.
The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and re-stocking fees
if the item had shipped or was in the process of being shipped at the time of the
cancellation request.
